Yes, they had to make a movie to keep their company alive or something like that, it was an hour animated show.

it was ok, kinda slow paced for me, not as fun as spiderman, the lack of big familiar "stars" i guess will hurt it. it was not total crap, that would be legally blonde.

Very predictable, lines were sometimes hokey, but a very enjoyable date night.

Saw the movie last night; it was ok.
Unfortunately I can't think of anything to say about it... it was very ordinary.

Alright movie. It is essentially one of those movies you go see to kill 2 hours, so don't expect it to be anything more than mediocre and brain numbing

Second worst movie title ever.
First: The Adventures of Sharkboy and Lavagirl in 3D.

I saw it and wasn't much of a F4 fan. I happened to see another version of F4, Alt-F4. While watching the movie, the theater shut down. :O

I had no emotional attachment to the continuity, so there was nothing stopping me from having a good time. The characters were actually more developed than I expected them to be.
Chiklis was easily the best. I felt Alba was a little off her game in this.

Good date movie (you can sit there and make out for 20 mins and not miss anything), nothing exactly new or innovative, and it rehashes the old "guy who's different gets picked on but finds out being different is good" theme. Acting was ok, kind of sappy at times, but altogether satisfactory.
I wouldn't see it again. But I think it was a good use of my money. I don't think I was supposed to laugh at Mr. Fantastic, but I did... just can't help it... rubber man... lol.

Worst Superhero movie since Daredevil and/or Catwoman. Total butchering of the story, Reed and Sue's relationship, the character of Dr. Doom and just about everything they could get their hands on.
Johnny Storm was perfect, and Chiklis made a fairly decent Thing. That was about it. Otherwise, a complete disgrace. I'm not even a big Fantastic Four fan, but...damn.
I guess they had to karmically balance out the fact that Batman Begins was an amazing superhero film.

It was definately for the kids, rehash the Fantastic Four to make it more interesting. Cause lets face it, if you watched the first episode now days, you'd think it was pretty lame too.
That said, I liked it. There definately was something missing which prevented me from thinking it was awesome, but I couldn't put my finger on what. There was a few things changed, but I think for the better as they don't have another 978968987 episodes to develop the characters.

You know, the only superhero movie I'd really go see is Ironman, and not only because he was a pimp inside AND outside of the suit, but because he was my only favourite as a kid. I hated the superhero crap except for Ironman. I dunno, something about a robotic suit with anti-graivty gizmos and lasers peeks my interest.
Speaking of which I heard some bad news... Aparently they ARE making an Ironman movie... But staring Leonadro Decaprio -.- You know what that means.. DRAMA! Blah.

I thought it was good, as in enjoyable, but not great. I was never into FF, so it wouldn't bother me so much if they messed up a lot of the story. It's not as good as Batman Begins or Spiderman 1 / 2, though those movies will be hard to beat. Wonder how the new Superman movie will turn out. Think it comes out next summer.
If you're a comic book fan, I'd say FF is worth seeing at least once - though not necessarily on the big screen.
